All GP practices are required to declare mean earnings (i.e. average pay) for GP's working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

As per NHS England requirements we publish the following information in below:

The average pay for GP's working in the practice of Garden City Surgery in this financial year before Tax and National Insurance was £81,004.20 . This is based on 2 full time GP Partners and 1 Locum GP who worked in the practice for more than six months.

However, it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earning is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time Doctors spend working in the practice, and should not be used to form any judgment about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with any other practice.
